Everytime I see this monumental building, I feel myself very impressed. This “Stalin’s style” architecture looks gorgeous really. If you visit Moscow, you can see some such buildings too.

The locals are used to calling her ugly and a stain on the city - but to be honest, it is a glorious architectural monument that can be seen from everywhere in the city - and nobody can deny it's beautifully lit in the dark!
It's a great place to get a panoramic view of the city centre. The terrace itself is open which is a plus, but there is also a little area inside in case it gets cold (or if you want to grab some coffee)
