Really disappointed. Waited months for a tour group. Having a tour ticket got us to the front of the line, which could be helpful at busy times. Tour was supposed to be 45 minutes. We got rushed past a big sign about the dollar bill...More

This place was great. We toured it this past week. Tour shoes how they print money, monitize it, then cut and wrap it. One of the neatest tours we've been on in DC. Be sure to turn your phone off or they will confiscate it....More

This tour was short and sweet. Not overly exciting but definitely interesting to see money being made. It’s great if you have an hour to kill between other activities.

I'm glad we went but overall the tour could've been a lot faster! It was a little slow especially with little kids.

Surprised about the comments about arriving early. We arrived at 9.15 and took the 9.30 tour. Like all Smithsonian museums it is free.Best to go outside the main summer holiday season when there appeared to be less people. Remember you cannot use your camera or...More

A nice and often overlooked place to visit. You will need to get timed-tickets for the tour. Tickets are free, but you have to go to their booth. Be advised: don't expect to go to the booth and get tickets for a tour within the...More

Arrived early to secure tickets to a tour at 10 AM. The tour itself takes 20 or so minutes and is insightful. Our guide did a good job walking us through the process from paper to ink to QA/QC to final product. No pictures are...More
