If you are at the Mall area you really must stop and see the Korean War Memorial. What a beautiful tribute. To look at the faces on the different statutes is really something else. Additionally, the wall behind it with the etching on it is...More

This place is a worthy tribute to many lost lives. During our visit there we’re many veterans at the site which was an additional reminder. It was a hot day but not too busy so we enjoyed our visit. I didn’t take photos out of...More

Incredibly moving. The horror or war made real. It does not glorify the war but does glorify the combatants.

This memorial is very moving. Everything appears so realistic and the etchings on the wall are unbelievable. We were disappointed on the night tour as the lighting was not that great. Needs to have more “up lighting” on the wall and maybe a few spots...More

It is so cool the way the larger than life soldiers are reflected in the marble wall next to the monument! You will not be disappointed with your visit!

The Korean War Memorial layout is awesome. The soldiers tramping through the brush and the semi-reflective wall that has various scenarios etched into it brings the two components of the memorial together as you can see the soldiers’ sculptures in the wall. And can take...More

The Korean War wasn't one I knew much about so it was very cool to see this and see what they and all other soldiers had to face. It's not a huge memorial but the statues are so life like that it really makes you...More

This Memorial is absolutely stunning. Must see at night, it's like they're really walking through the brushes. Would definitely love to see this in the daytime as well.

The Memorial is an outstanding visit both emotionally as well visual. The Korean war was not taught when I was in school and this fills in a lot of questions I have had. A well done tribute.

I feel certain that simply visiting / viewing this memorial and the figures presented will bring forth a flood of memories that only a veteran of this conflict would have. That alone is something special!
