I love learning about culture through food and Chamsi's cooking class was a great and fun introduction to Morocco. We shopped for spices (oh, the spices!!), fresh vegetables, fish and lamb at a local open-air market, watched the making of flat breads and picked out...More

I loved this activity. Learned to cook a lot of new allergy-free recipes and got an insider’s view of Casablanca’s food scene. The food was delicious and dining with Chamsi’s family was probably the best part of the14-dish dinner, besides the food.
