One of the holiest sites in the world for Christians. The place was packed with people so be prepared. Dress modestly and be prepared to stand for a long time. Worth the wait.

Visited in the morning and was already busy - interesting place to see - two hour queues for certain areas. Amazing interior and architecture/art.

Was expecting such a holy place to be peaceful and thought provoking. It’s actually full of incredibly rude tourist groups shouting and pushing and spoiling it for everyone. Not a good experience. Didn’t find it a good religious experience at all. In fact I would...More
