Giza Zoological Garden, commonly known as the Giza Zoo, is, in fact, a human zoo. You will see all sorts of humanly creatures there doing the weirdest of things: roaring, gnarling, barking, squeaking, whistling and howling. While littering parallel to it. As per the zoo...More

The zoo has a fair range of wild life but I'm afraid it really is a place where an accident is waiting to happen. Our experience was of a man approx on his 60s, an official member of staff, insisting we follow him when he...More

The animals had lacking enclousers and it was really dirty. As a very obvious foreigner everyone staring and finding me almost more interesting than the animals was also really overwhelming and despite being entirely harmless it made me uncomfortable. It was interesting but once was...More

I really loved coming here , I loved how many different animals were here . The only thing I didn’t agree with was drugging the baby lion cubs so we could be pictured . Animals were well feed and it was a lovely place

Went to the zoo today with my family. Overall it was a decent experience however the treatment of the animals and the lack of hygiene everywhere was shocking. Cages were full of dirt and faceses, nasty smell in majority of the cages and the lack...More

It's no secret that Egypt and animal care are terms from two different worlds and sadly the Zoo does not show any exception. The idea of keeping it as huge park is great but standards of animal care are ignored. Seeing lions in a teeny...More

Trip Advisor why do you promote, advertise, and suggest people to attend places where the animals are kept in deplorable filthy living conditions and abused by the zookeepers?
