If you've done the other temples then this one can be missed and your trip would still be great. It is small and others are better

Ramesseum, funerary temple of Ramses II (1279–13 bc). Not being one of the traditional tourist stops makes it less crowded than other sites and thus a leisurely visit with no vendors. Located on the west bank of Luxor not far from the Colossi of Memnon...More

This temple is impressive. The size, the grandness of it all. And you can walk right up to it and touch history.

The temple of Ramses II is not one of the most visited temples, but I can definitely recommend it. It is majestic, and worth spending a hour or two discussing the history with your guide.

Again, the summer heat was oppressive. But it was worth seeing this shockingly beautiful mortuary temple without other visitors.

This site is still being re built and is just behind the collosi of memnon. Pieces are still being put back together but it looks like it will be huge when finished.

The history is so great. The temple has many treasures to see and having a tour guide to understand it is a plus.
