You can look at as many archeological sites as you like, but this one is pretty complete. In reality, this gives you a much better idea about the size and purpose of this Lima people’s temple and, subsequently, burial place for both them and the...More

The museum is small but learning about the Lima people and seeing a huaca lit up at night and then visiting it during the day was excellent.

Fairly interesting and you can climb to the top. You can also see some of the excavation pits they used. There was a mummy inside and part of it is displayed in the very tiny museum at the entrance. This is a reconstruction using bricks...More

This ruin is very simple. A pyramid where you can walk on top and have a good view. There's a very small museum on the foot with little explanation and that's all. It's more interesting to preserve the history of Peru than to tourism.

It is better than you visit this Huaca Huallamarca before you visit Huaca Pucllana because otherwise you can feel a bit disappointed. The highlight of this visit is the small museum and the open tombs in the pyramid.i enjoyed it worth the visit

When visiting Peru most of the history dates back to the 15th century so it's nice to see something that dates back to ancient times. You will see some neat mummies and learn how what started out as a temple eventually became a cemetary and...More

These ruins are right in Lima, Peru and definitely worth going to while in the city and clearly shouldn't be missed since most people coming here are interested in the ancient and historical areas.

We stopped here in the way home from Museo Larca. Unfortunately, it was closed for some excavation work. Walked around the exterior of the fence and had a look. This is one of the mostly completed rebuilds around the area. Strange that these Huacas are...More
