This museum is really more than a bank museum, it holds numerous Ican artifacts, basement level and art on the third floor. But the Ican artifacts were clearly my favorite and a must stop, plus it’s free.

Nobody would expect to find a museum in a bank, but this little museum was such a nice surprise! It is worthy when you have some free hours in Lima downtown.

One can learn a lot about the local civilizations inhabiting today's Peru's land. Gold, art, history facts, jewellery and sexual toys.Walking distance to Plaza des Armas and San Francisco church.Backpacks need to be checked in a room adjacent to the museum.Definitively worth it.

This was a great museum that is also free! You can see the old coin collection as well as some artifacts in the basement. The basement was neat because they kept the vault door. The top floor also had a great art exhibition that showed...More
