This is a monument to the deceased enver hoxha but it has fallen into disrepair. The done thing is to climb it which is quite fun. However it was a warm day and the paint got slippy and my partner slipped down it so beware!
They are renovating the pyramid so closed for the moment.Some local did suggest climbing through a hole in the side but thought it wise not to.
