It is the smallest of the three cathedrals on Cathedral Square. It is ornately decorated inside and has beautiful icons. No photography is permitted inside, as the icons are susceptible to damage should flash be used (and the interior can be darkened in places).
Not to be confused with the Cathedral of the Assumption, this is actually a separate Cathedral, although both are located a short distance from each other within the Kremlin's Cathedral Square. We didn't have time to go inside this one but it's another amazing historic building…
Beautiful cathedral, despite the number of people. No photography allowed. Free paper guides at entrance. Icons are superb.
This is one of the Cathedrals inside the Kremlin walls and it is the most beautiful. You need tickets to visit them all.
This Cathedral is part of the incredible Cathedral square if you buy a ticket for the square you can take a look inside this fantastic church.
