A well organized department store dating back to soviet era. Located near Red Square. The expensive shops are located in the ground floor and the upper floors are of cheaper prices. A warm place, a good escape from winter cold. Ice cream parlors are really worth giving a try.

You will need to pass through security to enter. The building is airy and quite pretty and it is worth strolling through just to see the glass and steel arches. To the southern end upstairs is an upmarket version of an old Soviet food hall, which is quite popular.
