This is an enormous cathedral which is absolutely stunning inside . You can also climb up to an exterior gallery with fabulous views 360 degrees . We were lucky enough to observce a service with some beautiful singing . A must see venue.

You need to buy tickets from the ticket office or machines outside, we paid 550 roubles each to visit inside and to go up to the top (you can do either or both). I would recommend both. The inside is pretty impressive, certainly worth looking at, and has largely been restored

St. Isaacs Cathedral is well worth a visit. In fact is is overwhelming in its grandeur. The interior is magnificent no expense was spared in the building and decorations of this building. It is possible to walk up to the dome for a panoramic view over St.Petersburg.

St. Petersburg is extremely impressive, with its white nights and lovely architecture... you immediately feel like you are part of history and this Museum is no less then as impressive as the rest of Petersburg.
