We were fortunate to arrive after heavy rains so the cataract was just magnificent and a real force of nature. It is an easy flat walk and suitable for those who are in wheelchairs
The highlight of the tour of Iguazu Falls is the Devil's Throat where the volume and force of water pouring over the falls is at its greatest. There is bridge on the Argentina side that allows you to get very close to it. Be prepared to get wet.
Okay, yeah, homegirl is STUNNING. She big and really impressive. Like... pictures don't do her justice. But anyways, the trail is only like 1km to the lookout and it's super accessible (it's metal pathways that go over water). Saw a good amount of wildlife on the way too--…
It’s fantastic! You can see it either on the Brazilian or Argentinian side. If you have the time do both. The view from Argentinian side is amazing as you see close from above. Recommend it.
Garganta do Diablo is the narrow throat through which half of the 11,000 cubic meters per second of water flows in the rainy season. It is impressive at any time and quite an amazing water flow.
