On Sundays, most shops are open and the street is closed to cars. There are lots of people selling handcrafts.

Too much people in the street. I think a car sigthseeing is enough. Buildings and buildings along the street. the masp museum and the japan house are a must see!

It's great when a government puts emphasis on health and family recreation on it's priority. Walking along Paulista Avenue and actually enjoying it is a treat for everyone, locals and tourists alike. I would love to go back.

It is the most representative avenue in São Paulo. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants. It’s worth spending a few hours there.

Bela Vista
Known for its Italian cantinas, Bela Vista is the
place to go for great pasta. Also called “Bixiga”, the
area is an important cultural part of the city, with
the bohemian and the religious costumes of its
inhabitants on full display. In August, the large
Nossa Senhora Achiropita party fills the streets with
a variety of Italian food and music. You can
experience the liveliness of the neighbourhood walking
