Going in circles never felt so good. Each cubicle is private, air-conditioned, and has high visibility, and allows for your 10 minute ride. The harbor, nearby hotels, mountains and the terrain can be appreciated in a new way.

A comparatively small wheel but does give you good views of the waterfront area. Queuing and number of roations for your money are a bit haphazard.

We rode the wheel at sundown and truly enjoyed the views. They let you go around quite a few times so you can see everything, especially if you switch sides halfway through.

Many cities seem to be adding these big wheels, and each is a good way to see the big picture. The Cape Wheel gives you an excellent view of the Waterfront area, and, if we did it before it got so dark, it would have...More

Get there on a sunny day and enjoy beautiful views of CPT, at the same time enjoy what the V & A Waterfront has to offer. Plan your day to do both the Waterfront, the Cape Wheel and Robben Island, as a day trip

Yes you can. On a hot day drinks are a must. You get 4 goes round without getting off. About 20 min.
