The "small" selection of English books was tiny--no titles that I was interested in buying. Store was really cool--very crowded b/c it was a Saturday afternoon.

The architecture is breathtaking! It has a huge selection of books and many, many vinyls. Also all sorts of Mafalda related items.

Good attraction...book lovers dream to see. Located in an area which is easy accessible. Burger 54 which is close is also a good lunch spot after visiting.

If you are in Buenos Aires and love bookshops you gotta come here. There is a good selection of good travel guides, maps and beautiful coffee table books about Argentina. Browse your new books over a coffee on the 'theatre stage'.

Great spot to enjoy an afternoon! Most titles are in Spanish (of course!) but we still thoroughly enjoyed perusing the aisles and snapping a photo here. There is a lovely cafe in the back, as well!

splendid venue. Nice place, lots of books although sometimes limited choice. Rather popular books, best sellers etc. Anyway, it is worth a visit. There is a cofee shop with snacks.

My happy places often involve locations with books, but this bookstore goes far beyond the norm. Located in a beautiful former theater, the stage being the coffee shop/bar, it has everything to recommend it. Though the English language book choices are limited, pick up a...More
