This was fascinating. Being sent here probably seemed like a death sentence much like the penal colony in Australia. Price of the tickets was a bit steep but worth the money.

This is well worth a visit - we unexpectedly spent several hours there - learning a great deal about the history of the area and the Malvinas conflict .

Very nice to get an overview on the history of the city and of Tierra Delhi Fuego. Do not miss the chance to go. Nice free walking tours provided.
