Although parking was tough to find, it was well worth the search. We spent an hour or so hiking through the garden. Amazing!

Though the visitors center does not open till 9, you can drive through the park much earlier. Doing this, you will avoid the touristy crowds and the busses of children on school trips. Around 830 am, I was able to drive through without traffic and...More

This was my first time to Garden of the Gods. I was so pleased with the layout of this park. Trails intersected the roadway often, so you really didn't need much guidance or signage (which normally takes away from the ascetic of any park), but...More

Absolutely beautiful place to visit! Well kept, clean, lovely displays and welcome center. The only thing that could make it better: if, on the maps posted along the hiking trails, a marking indicating “you are here” Will return!

This park is great. Went to the visitor center when the had a special event going on and kids got fossils, rocks and shark teeth. Both the kids and myself liked the Siamese twins hike better than the central garden hike.

The area is certainly beautiful. The varied formations are awesome to behold. You certainly want to get out and do some walking; fortunately it's not too strenuous.

I would strongly recommend the Garden of the Gods to both the hiking/trail enthusiasts and the general public. The site is very accessible and you can easily choose then lenght and level of difficulty of your adventure.
