Be sure to buy the fast pass to avoid standing in long lines. We would have been able to see a couple of other things had we done that. Views of Chicago are outstanding though from the 103rd floor. The skydeck was pretty amazing.More

Yes, book in advance. We went last week in the middle of the week and waited in line to buy tickets for 45 minutes. That could have been completely avoided had we bought tickets online before we went.

We went on a Wednesday around 4pm and there was not a wait. I think a lot of people try to go around an hour before sunset and then you are up there to see the sun set.
