If you like basket, you have to go. In the middle of center is a sculpture of MICHAEL Jordan. Your baggage and you are scanned before you enter in the shop. The shop sells items about basket and hockey (official store) Wifi in all area

I gave this place an excellent review just because the Hawks play there. Things have definitely improved in the location since I was a kid. As far as the building itself, it's pretty ordinary. The gift shop is amazing though!

It's an architecturally insignificant structure and much of the seating is sufficiently distant to the action [sporting or otherwise] that you're better off watching on a television elsewhere. Also, the 'neighborhood' in proximity to the building remains.. dubious.

Visited United Center as part of the Starbucks leadership experience, the facility is beautiful with plenty of seating. I love the status and the graffitied area.

Visiting from Pittsburgh i saw the pens play the Blackhawks. it was an average venue. Beer prices about what you pay at sporting events which is high. Seats a bit cramped.

Always stay downtown for this venue. It's very hard to get an Uber after concerts. Waited an hour. No taxis in the line.

we went there last summer holiday. we could not see players but my children asked a lot of questions to the guards about the players, the games, people and had nice shots in the pro shop.

There isn’t anywhere to wait, unless you pay for parking and sit in your car. But there are lots of restaurants not too far from the United Center (example Macello on Lake Street) where you could go and hang out.
