Well, .... if you have deep pockets, no problem.
If you want to pay $100+ p/person at Queenie's Restaurant for small regular portions,
if you want to pay $18.95 for a regular burger & fries,
& wash it down with a $14...More
If you like basket, you have to go. In the middle of center is a sculpture of MICHAEL Jordan. Your baggage and you are scanned before you enter in the shop. The shop sells items about basket and hockey (official store) Wifi in all area
I gave this place an excellent review just because the Hawks play there. Things have definitely improved in the location since I was a kid. As far as the building itself, it's pretty ordinary. The gift shop is amazing though!
It's an architecturally insignificant structure and much of the seating is sufficiently distant to the action [sporting or otherwise] that you're better off watching on a television elsewhere. Also, the 'neighborhood' in proximity to the building remains.. dubious.
There isn’t anywhere to wait, unless you pay for parking and sit in your car. But there are lots of restaurants not too far from the United Center (example Macello on Lake Street) where you could go and hang out.
