Worth a look if only for the architecture. Had lunch on the 7th floor which was supposed be to be great. Just alright. Love the basement candy area. A 10% card for tourists if you ask at customer service.

This is absolutely not my kind of place, but it's worth a visit because of the nice building. The middle part is open and you can see all the storeys. While we were here we decided to check out some departments. I was mainly interested...More

It is not as big as New York’s Macy’s, but it is a large 8-floor store. I found it to be less organized than I expected. The building, however, is a beautiful historical building worth while visiting.

It hasn't been the Marshall Field's flagship store for many years, but there is still the architecture, the Tiffany's glass ceiling and most importantly, the Frango mints. Larger than many Macy's stores, but mostly the same merchandise. Lower level has some interesting departments, a sports...More

No, Macy's does not have valet. It is better to walk there from your near by hotel.
