It was a great place to visit and get a eyes on history lesson. They keep the site well preserved. I'm very impressed with Lexington for their effort in keeping this site clean.

I have a much better understanding of that first day of the battle for independence after having seen where it started and informed by the tour guide about the reasons it all began here.

Great time. Arrived at the green to find a volunteer dress in colonial garb giving free tours. Very friendly and informative. My only complaint was having to leave.

The green is very pleasant and the plaques and monuments give an interesting glimpse into a conflict that began the Revolutionary War!
