This was an amazing experience. We loved all the fish we saw and the whole experience was great. They provide the life vest or life belt and everything else. Worth doing

It's a great snorkel spot. Sometimes the water is a little murky, sometimes it's very clear, depends on the currents, storms, etc.

This is an awesome area to snorkel, BUT, the current is very strong. So to get back to we're you put in at could be a bit challenging if your not an excellent swimmer. Lots of beautiful fish!

We come here everytime we visit Akumal, 6+ times. Love this place but the amount of fish keep getting more and more scarce.

Awesome snorkeling I would highly recommend. Mostly shallow maybe 15-20 foot at the deepest area. Lots of fish, clear water, good temperature. Current is not to strong we were with our 2 kids 7-8 years old. Fun snorkeling if you’re in the area

We loved it ! Worth visiting! Do not purchase from resort tour. It's cheaper to rent a car and drive. From Playa Del Carmen, it was 22 minute drive. You can stay as long as you want. We saw lots of different fish species. It's...More

We took a taxi and when we finished snorkelling they attendants in the booth called for a taxi for us to leave. We paid in US dollars but used pesos for the taxi.
