We took the lake wilks to face to summit track and Marion link on the way back. The climb to the summit is a little tricky but very rewarding.

We got there really early to avoid the rush, it was very cold but worth getting up early to get some beautiful photos & avoid the crowds that get there later on the shuttle buses.

There is an outstanding restaurant just before you get to the Visitors Centre, I think it is called Cradle Mt Lodge..casual and upmarket sit down eating. Lunch and Dinner. not expensive and friendly service.
