Visited this memorial in heart of downtown Dallas, which commemorates a great President! Worth coming and taking a few moments to reflect on his achievements! Wish I brought some flowers....

We stopped in here to visit and see the memorial. Not much to see really and my 28 and 31 year old children were not impressed, but they were not around when this tragic event happened

Quick view of event. This is not a destination but something to fit into other events you are doing. Interesting.

Just standing there takes you back in time. A real piece of history and very well maintained. Well worth the visit.

I visited this place many, years ago when I was a kid and had always thought that it was an odd tribute to JFK. I never could understand why the memorial seemed so lackluster. However, after recently going back and actually reading the history behind...More

Make sure you read the meaning behind the design of the John F. Kennedy Memorial. Good place to stop to see near the Six Floor Museum.

Wanted to go there at least once. My first time in Dallas and went to the memorial but it’s not as grand or luxurious as I was expecting. Kind of drab and appears to made off of concrete as opposed to a nicer marble etc...More

This is located very close to where President JFK, was shot at. This is, a very quiet place to visit, and do some reflecting! Many other places can be walked to, from this place!

Unfortunately not very much to the structure, essentially a four wall structure. If you're at the museum definitely go see, however would not recommend going out of the way to see.

Yep I went to the JFK Memorial Plaza while waiting for my tour bus to arrive. If you know the area so well then you know the tour company. To my family and myself the JFK Memorial seamed unfinished. And as you stated it is... More

I honestly don't know where the nearest one will be, but considering the size of this city, you'll be able to find one.
