Stop and check this place out. The staff is very friendly and the views are incredible. The temple itself is just a work of art. Such a peaceful and serene place. Just a few bucks to get into the temple and definitely worth it!

There is a modest fee to enter the grounds. Parking is plentiful. The grounds are beautiful and easy to walk. There is a small gift shop with tasteful items. The cemetery grounds are also worth viewing, flowers to honor families are breathtaking and fresh daily.

About 30 mins drive from Waikiki. Nice easy drive and very scenic. The temple is located inside a Memorial. There’s a $5 fee to get in. Main highlight would be the big bell and also the cool Japanese architecture. My daughter enjoyed feeding the koi...More

This Temple is a replica of one in Japan 900 years ago. It’s worth a stop to get a photo of but no sure the $5 each is worth it if you have a family. Adults at $5 is fine but for the kids it...More

If you are passing by it is worth the $5 to stop here. But honestly it's just the temple. There is a bell and a meditation area that I didn't even look at. We doubled our time here by feeding the koi. After you see...More

The Temple is in the valley of temples which is a cemetery. Beautiful backdrop with the rugged mountains of Hawaii behind the Temple. A lovely place to walk around. Would recommend a visit.

There is an entrance fee to get up to the temple, but not for the cemetery grounds. I took photos everywhere without photograph permission.
