The guide was great with all the information about the venue. There is so much to see. The virtual section gave an idea of the views and activities. We booked tickets for a Knicks game after tour and the box office couldn't do enough to...More

We had a couple of hours to fill, and decided to take this tour. MSG is more than the Knicks and Rangers. There's so much history at MSG. We really liked it and felt it was a great use of our time.

We attended a Bill Joel concert at MSG. For a large venue, things went well. Access and traffic flow were well-managed. Concessions and restrooms were convenient. Seats were comfortable (we avoided the folding chairs on the floor). Sight lines to the stage were fine, and...More

Excellent acoustics in the renovated historic venue. Most seats have a great view but for a concert the highest farthest seats may have a limited view. The food is good but expensive.

Go to the New York Knicks website and buy directly from the Knicks. If the seats you want are not available, I buy lots of tickets through Stub Hub and have never had a problem.

Sorry I can’t help about concert tickets as we went to Rangers game. But I would agree with earlier reply about getting tickets through Ticketmaster.
