We visited Chelsea Market for lunch because we had seen it featured on recent HGTV shows (taped upstairs). It was good, but smaller and more crowded than it appeared on the shows.

Came off the high line at 16th street and wandered around the area before going into the market. An incredible market place full of interesting shops and eateries. Wish we were locals and not tourists with a baggage allowance, I could have bought everything

A very great mix of food and shopping - tables are scant, but the restrooms are accessible. Any kind of food you might like and some great dessert options. There is also an artists shopping area with about 20 differing artists.

This is a really cool food market with loads of options and it also has a very trendy vibe. Worth visiting if you are in that part of Manhattan.

Went to the Market and blown away with the assortment of available types of food from pizza, noodles, burgers, and so many more to choose from and all very good. This is a great destination and highly recommended.

The shops aren't open as late. The building itself is open and is gorgeous.
