Nothing much to see. Nothing much to explore. Finished my visit in 20 minutes. Moreover upgrades don’t have any advantage, just waste of money.

Our grandson is studying 9/11 in school and thought it was a great opportunity for him to see Ground Zero while celebrating his 10th Birthday in NY. He loved it!

We had a 2 p.m. reservation on a Friday. Right before going in and up, we had lunch from the food trucks all around the area. Delightful. The elevator up was very quick and awesome. They digitized the walls all around inside the elevator showing...More

Truly spectacular views but the fees to enter are also spectacular. $130 for two tickets which I upgraded to avoid the lines is just beyond excessive to spend 30 or 40 minutes walking around to see the views.

amazing cocktails, and amazing views. The WTC did everything right as far as we were concerned. impressive displays of history on elevators. the extra$ for skipping the line was WELL worth it!

Once in a lifetime experience. Do yourself a favor and book the VIP tour. Our guide was great. She gave fantastic history lessons as she pointed out things around the entire city. The view was breathtaking!! This was an incredible experience we’ll never forget!!

Although I had some issues navigating to book the observatory (I was actually trying to make reservations for the restaurant), I was able to finalize everything. It was a wonderful experience and the attendants were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this as...More

Definitely worth a visit when you're in New York. We especially enjoyed the elevator ride, which was much too short!, and the views were breathtaking. I'm glad we bought a skip-the-line ticket. There was a good little informative talk available, should you choose to stop...More

Very pricey for what is essentially looking out at the views of New York but that said they are stunning. Thought has been put into making the most of everyone's visit with a presentation before reaching the observation deck.

We were there in July. There was no minimum spend and yes we used a few for a single transaction. It was totally worth it in our opinion!
