Visited the GORGEOUS Oakland Cemetery. View the Confederate Monument in the center. This monument made the past feel more real and got me thinking about the civil war. Would be a great spot to view to connect to the civil war. A stunning walk through.

It didn't cost to get in but the tour did the tour it self was very inexpensive

I actually found the grounds to be very uneven so I recommend sneakers, but if you stay on just the paved areas, then sandals.
