Beautiful avenue to drive or walk and admire the homes, gardens, architecture and views of the ocean. Such marvelous homes that were built on this avenue as summer homes. Lots of history!

We drove this and walked it. The mansions are so impressive. They are actually called cottages as they were not used year round. We were also impressed by the many variety of trees we saw.

You can easily picture this in the past with the wealthy in their carriages. Driving or walking, it's wonderful to enjoy the beautiful homes and architecture.

We decided to do our own tour via car. The homes are very beautiful. Next time we go we will walk and do tours.

If you were rich and lived in Newport, Bellevue Avenue was obviously the address to have. Many of the great mansions are located on this street

Take a walk down Bellevue and take in the beauty of all the mansions. Enjoyed reading historical signs along the street.
