We decided to use the Roberts shuttle to the outlets as we thought it would be better to go with a large company for reliability. We wished we didn’t. The staff were non-responsive and rude. If you asked a question you were lucky to be...More

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and narration provided by Cousin Dorothy. We can't say enough positive things to express our feelings about the excellent driving, humor, and cultural knowledge Cousin Dorothy brings to the tour. She was a big part of not...More

We actually used the Roberts Tours for a number of things. Shuttles, Tours, Evenings. All the attendants, tour guides, people who answered the phone, arrangers, were all well trained, pleasant and made our trip one to remember. It would be impossible to remmeber all the...More

We arrived into HNL after our flight was delayed for an hour. After getting our baggage they told us we were waiting for a few more people and to wait off to the side. That was fine. So we waited for 30 minutes while the...More

I was a little sceptical that this tour would offer much more than just transport. But it was ideal. The driver was a slightly quirky and friendly guide who was quite informative and very clear with his instructions for Pearl Harbor. When dropped at Pearl...More

The city tour was a complete wast of our time. It was a very long ride with a very long winded driver and zero stops. Just a drive by if the punch bowl and downtown with no opportunities to take pictures. Pearl wasgreat. But then...More

This page is a little ambiguous, as Roberts Of Hawaii is a large tour company, that not only does full day chartered tours but, also local drop offs. It is a diverse transportation company and each product, should have it's own review page because they...More

The Chief's Luau performances were great! I had a wonderful time. My only complaint I have is that the tour guide was AWFUL. His name, Bryce, was very disrespectful when asked questions and he had too much attitude. When I finally was at the front...More

Aloha 525hello, Please accept my apologies for the poor attitude displayed by your guide. Bryce is actually a employee of Chiefs Luau. I've relayed your comments to there manager. Thank for taking the time and sending your valuable review. Mahalo,

As prior answer indicated, the kiosk is easily identified and the bus will be just outside the terminal … works smoothly. If you have any trouble anyone working in the airport will know where the kiosk is.

Roberts has a variety of busses, vans, etc. I'd suggest checking with them about the best way to ensure you get a vehicle with mobility assist. Roberts is very good to work with, and if it's possible, they will do it for... More

I understand your upset your tour was cancelled but you have to look at the locals who live there to. Hawaii during hurricane season is one of the most unpredictable time for the weather so in truth a lot of locals don't prepare days in advance for the hurricanes just because you never know if its actually gonna hit the island. So the day its supposed to hit its one of the islands busiest days. For example 2016 we had 17 different hurricanes the state tracked and maybe about half of them at one point was predicted to hit the island a week after they first announce it and the next day the hurricane moves a different way so the islands are no longer threatened but instead we had 2 hurricanes on one side of the island chain and 2 more on the other side of the island chain none hitting land. It killed the trade winds for 2 weeks not a cloud in the sky and the humidity at 100%. So any weather related issues please try to understand were not trying to upset you folks but our locals need to be papered for whats to come after all once everything's said and done the locals are the last one on the island and they have to deal with any devastation that's left.
