The hike is mostly uphill and I went on a day that rained all morning so it ended up being VERY muddy. I would recommend shoes you don't mind getting dirty and bring some water as the hike can be 20 - 40 minutes depending...More

A beautiful must-go. Very easy hike..about 1 hour. Wear hiking shoes as the trail can be muddy. The flora is astounding. We loved this visit.

This attraction requires a little hiking to get to and from, but it's worth the walk, and is spectacular.

We usually just walk over to hike this trail. Seems like it’s getting busier every year. Lots of buses and tourists, so early morning or late afternoon is the best time to go. The hike is relatively easy but toward the end the steps are...More

Use GPS to find Paradise Park in very back of Mona Valley. Will cost $5 to park car. Wear old shoes, will always have some mud even when no rain. Walking stick a good idea too, But not a hard walk, level, maybe 30 to...More

We made this hike in the afternoon and really enjoyed it. Great way to see some unique vegetation and birds. Hike is relatively easy, but be ready for muddy and slippery paths due to the humidity level and frequent light rains. And bring some mosquito...More

The walk up to Manoa Falls takes you through some beautiful rain forest past areas used in movies such as Jurassic Park. The track is well defined and generally well maintained. however because it rains on most days it can get muddy and slippery. It...More

Not the hike I remember growing up, but it's still an amazing place even if you have to pay $5 to park.

This was a wonderfully scenic trail! Slippery if it just rained so be careful! If climbing past “do not enter” ropes, be mindful as the rocks shift closer to the falls. My husband and I enjoyed our time here!

Just for parking $5. There is a shop there you can pick up drinks, bug spray if you think you need and other convenience items. Restaurant adjacent as well. But we didn't partake.

If you drive there you only have to pay $5 to park and there is a small gift shop and shave ice that will be needed after the long hike

Actually on street it’s a walk to get to area b4 hike to waterfall. Yes you can get in water. If not filming then you may park closer by the Arboretum.
