A short hike leads to a tall waterfall. A great view can be had in such a short time. Worth a stop to check out.

Due to the time of year of our visit, we did not expect to see any waterfalls. But Bridalveil was running - albeit much less than peak season. However, the walk to the base was wonderful, and the sight/sound of the water was fabulous!

The falls are at a junction where one chooses to travel to the main valley floor or to Glacier Point. We stopped for a few minutes and were a bit disappointed since there was not much water flowing down the falls. Guess it was the...More

Easy walk from the road or parking lot. Flowing well into fall. One downside was the bathrooms, they were smelly and gross. Skip them if you can.

This is a walk rather than a hike. The trail is paved and there are no steep areas to negotiate. When the end of the trail is reached you can go further by climbing over the rocks. The rocks are super slippery even when dry....More

Beautiful scenery. Easy short trail to falls. (Not as much water as spring or early summer). Restrooms are not very clean.

The falls were still flowing even though the dry season. The short hike offered a great view of beautiful scenery. The Falls are also visible from the parking lot where parking was free if you have a National Park Pass.

A short uphill hike from either entrance brings you to fairly close observation area that can hold a couple dozen people. Luckily we were there in late September and it wasn’t too crowded. Also, a guide told us if you go in the Spring, the...More

Bridalveil Falls is one of the first main attractions you run across as you go into Yosemite Valley. since we went in Sept. the falls were not as flowing as if would be in the Spring. The wind was blowing fairly well one of our...More

Yes, it should be but minimal, with the local fires it might be limited viewing or possibly closed...I would check the Yosemite official site just to be certain.
