Unrenovated Mayan ruin. There is a pretty good view overlooking Izamal from the top. The stairs are fairly steep. Worth a half hour stop on your way out of Izamal.

The best way to see the ruins is to take a horsecart ride thru the town. We had our own guide, but the driver can tell you a little about the ruins. One is climbable. I enjoyed the ride as well as seeing a bit...More

These ruins are completely free to see and right in the middle of town. You get a great view of the city from the top and is well worth a visit if your in the area.

A ruins site right in the town of Izamal is quite the site! This is a free site to visit with an easy access to the site. Great view of the city from all four sides. Can’t imagine living across the street!

From Merida it takes about one hour by colectivo to come here. The ruins are an absolute contrast to Chichen Iza. In former times it must have been a big complex. It's free of charge and there are very few tourists. It's worth comming here
