Yes, you can climb some of the buildings (but not the Magician Pyramid) But for the most fantastic views I would suggest you try to visit Ek Balam, there you can climb a really huuuuuge ruin which gives you the most magical of views over the remaining Ek Balam ruins way below and jungle all around.
