Lovely scenic walk with great views, lots waterfalls and wildlife. Was bit slippery underfoot the time of year we went and the wet weather we have had towards end of the year. Could have been signposted better as once at the top was bit confusing where other roads led. Amazing views of Holy Loch @ Dunoon. Unfortunately Botanic garden was closed for the season so struggled to get a hot drink on our decent which would have topped the day off well. An experience well worth a visit.

Straight from a storybook. An unforgettable walk through the forest. Wear good shoes. Pick a quiet or wetter day to have the gorge walk to yourself. The bus from Dunoon can take you here but be sure to check with the driver, as some buses stop short.

We had heard a lot about Puck Glen and it didn’t disappoint us. It’s a magical place. You will need walk shoes as it’s very damp in areas and rocky. It’s a good hours walk with some challenging step steps and slight hills to climb. So paths are very narrow with a drop to the river. It has small car park for around 30 cars. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful trail with an abundance of waterfalls and a magical atmosphere. Steep in some places and although plenty of areas with hand rails it is wet underfoot with uneven paths. Definitely one for the able bodied. Children will love it but small children need reins/hand holding due to drops into fast running water from the path.

Having wanted to visit this place since we booked a local holiday, i was a bit aprehensive when we got there due to the steep gradient going up. However it was well worth it, as the scenary, surroundings, smells and sheer beauty of the place more than made up for it. Even if you dont believe in fairys, magic or have any spiritual beliefs, there is something other worldly about pucks glen which gives it a very special feel and dare i say it brings you closer to nature. I would definately recomend this to anyone wanting or needing to reconnect or get in touch with nature as a special place to visit.
