Straight forward and short walk for people that don't normally walk too far. No parking on site due the Fishermen having sole right to the car park. Park in Haskins car park and go there afterwards for a coffee or a meal.

Went today with the camera. Lovely, peaceful lots of wildlife. One problem....No parking. There is a carpark for fisherman it's takes 40 cars. Only 2 fishing. Everyone else forget it. I would pay to park here. Instead leave your car somewhere and walk to it....More
A nice walk around the lake, lovely birdsong.
There is fishing in the lakes and the anglers can get quite angry if dogs go swimming, even if done sensibly well away from the anglers, which is a little daunting.
