We had to walk quite a distance from the road to reach the view point. While we had some difficulty walking, upon reaching the view point, we felt it is worth to walk. Besides you get a true feel walking through the jungle

This is the best view point in yercuad. I loved it. Its little far away from Yercaud lake. But you must visit it, it worth giving a shot. Its a view point built by the forest department. There is little bit of off-roading to Reach this point. I went on my Classic 500, at a certain point it was bit... More

Though little far from yercaud, the view that we see once we reach there is awesome. Definitely recommended. It is bit difficulty to reach there. Need to park our vehicle little far and walk a little. We went in the morning and there was a cold gentle breeze coming in. From there, we can see most part of the Salem City.... More

Little far away from Yercaud Lake area...though the approach road is good it will take nearly an hour to reach the spot... It is better to start around 3:45-4:00pm, so that you can reach the spot in time and watch the pleasant Sunset ....

This is one of the good view points from the hill top. But the sad thing is you need to walk around 2 kms from the main road to this place. If you are going by your own vehicle, you can go near to this place in vehicle. But if you are using travel cars, drivers hesitate to go near... More

This view point is 12 kms from Yercaud lake.Except for the last 1 km of mud road, the roads are good. From the view point one can see the western slopes of the Shevaroys and a huge expanse of the valley leading down to the plains. The valley is full of different kinds of trees and bamboo.

This place is not very commonly known but probably the best view point in Yercaud. Also some local said it is the top most point in Yercaud. Worth a visit.

Hi, This is beautiful point with lush green mountains which don't seem to end till infinity...several mountain ranges are visible. Probably the must do and less popular point ...we visited this and Pakoda point.. Karadiyur is definitely the winner between the two( can't comment about the other view points)..the later seems to a bit commercialized.... Karadiyur is like breath of... More
