These guys are the real deal! Last week my brother went in to get my Capita board repaired and they did an excellent job. They were very accommodating with the repair and made sure we had a snowboarding trip experience. Thanks, y'all!

Have rented skis here on and off for years when there's powder. Have found staff friendly, knowledgable and fun. They're willing to call around to get the right skis for a short person who wants demos! Kudos to the Midvale locations!

We were the last customers of the night, coming to rent skis for our birthday ski trip. They were all so nice and very kid back. Helped us get fitted and get everything we needed for our little adventure! Would highly recommend this place.

My Son and I went to the Ft Union location wanting to rent a set of skis. Staff directed us to the computer, one question was ( height of skier) I picked up a measuring tape off the counter and was stopped by a staffer. He said "you can't use that tape measure because of a liability" I replied you re asking for the height of the skier and I don't know without using a measure device such as this tape measure. The staffer told me to put in the shortest height and to not use the tape measure.. I was told if I didn't know how to read the tape measure correctly they (Ski N See) would be held liable, and I could sue them. I was just trying to fill out the info correctly... I asked who runs this store and all 4 employees turned around and walked away. I cleared my info from the computer and walked out. I don't know who provides training if any to the staff at this location or any of their locations but will not spend a penny in this store. If you're wanting a positive and professional
experience Do not waste your time at Ski N See.

This was a perfect place to rent our ski's since we stayed in Midvale and skied in Alta/Snowbird. We reserved our ski packages prior to going which made it easier since everything was filled out, plus we received a discount. We went there the evening before we went skiing and had some really good help with the guys behind the counter. Sadly, there was not a ton of snow but lucky for us the place was not busy.....we went the week after NYE. For me and my two boys (16 and 21) it took about 30 minutes or less. I would definitely go here again.

We rented skis online ahead of time from the SkiNSee website. I noticed, but didn't pay too much attention at checkout time, but ARCS shows up along side SkiNSee at the end. Apparently, they are "sister companies" and as it turns out, located within a mile of each other on Fort Union Blvd. We went to Ski N See first, as we needed to rent some bibs earlier than expected. The store is small and the staff really was not interested. I tried to explain my original online order, but they quite frankly didn't listen. -- Later that day, we stopped into the ARCS store on a whim... The store was much larger, neat, and the staff was ENGAGED with the customers! They were awesome. When they told us about their relationship with the Ski N See store, and that we could pick up our skis there, and then return everything, including the clothes at that location, we were thrilled. The staff took time with my kids and really helped them with fittings and just general friendliness... especially to a bunch of out-of-towners from the South. I will definitely return to the ARCS store. I would have posted this review under that name if I could have found it. Just know it is also on Fort Union, just closer to the mountain. -- ARCS ROCKS!! (Ski N See could take some lesson from them.)

Been doing business here every year for the past 12 years at this location. We fly into Salt Lake city, get our rental cars, stop at Hoppers Grill & Brew Co. Restaurant for lunch then hit up Ski N See for discount lift tickets, (and any other ski related needs we have), then head on up to the mountain. We have always found their lift ticket prices to be the lowest anywhere! We have purchased equipment, clothing, and accessories many times from the friendly, helpful staff here! Always find good prices and helpful advice at this location. Good location for a stop on our way to the ski areas near Park City. You will enjoy the great staff and service at this location! Not a huge store, but they always have everything we need!

We had no problem with rental skis and changed them for a different pair after the first day.
Convenient stop on the way to the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons for last minute hand and foot warmers.
We bought ski boots here two years ago after going to six different shops. They had the boot that fit and the best price.
The dudes helping you are always cool!
