This is a good sunrise spot but it's cold in the morning before sunrise, and the ATV up to the hill is costly but is hell of a ride down the hill. Do take note that you can walk up the hill.

We paid 800,000 for a 20 minute quad at the white sand dunes. For the 800,000 $50AUD we where told we could drive the quads which would have been great if we didn’t have a local clinging on to the side of the quad stopping...More

Visited the white sand dunes, took an hour to get there by bus and when we did it was pretty crowded with quad bikes and off road vehicles flying about the place. If you want to ride a quad around the dunes while having a...More

Supposed to be one of the main attractions of the area, but like many things in Mui Ne is killed by tourism. Sure, of you're in Mui Ne for a longer period you should probably visit it, but don't expect lush African sanddunes. Instead a...More

Rent an ATV and bound up and down the dunes. Each vehicle holds 2 pax plus local driver. Cost approx 200k VND. A bargain, go for it.

I went at sunrise with my family and it was absolutely beautiful. The highlight was the little marsh of lotuses in the middle of the dunes. The only issue was the plenty of litter we came across. As tourists, we should respect the natural landscape...More

Unbelievable experience! I rented the quad bike for 20mins and the tour guide takes you around the whole sand dune area. It was amazing trip, he also takes photos for you and cuddles you while you drive!

On the day I went I wore sandals / thongs. It is very windy on the top of the dunes and so a light scarf to protect the face. Women should wear short or long pants because of the strong wind. Take a water bottle as well.
