What a fantastic place! Animals are well cared for and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant serves great food which is freshly made to order and not too expensive. Great day out!

Loved this place , baby otters were so cute and so many lovely animals to see and lots are very friendly especially the 3 legged tiny deer . Taking the kids back today as we went as a couple last time .

It's like a mini zoo with quite a few different animals to see. The keepers obviously love what they do and give good talks on the otters and birds. Enjoyed spending a few hours here (doesn't fill a whole day).

Do you have mobility scooters for hire? If not, how does someone with limited mobility and crutches fare?

I did not see any mobility scooters but even if they have some their use would be very limited as the area is mainly woodland
