The aristocratic apartments of the Sanvitale counts is still intact, with original furniture and furnishings. One of the most well preserved "castle" in the area. To be visited with a guided tour and the guide was very professional and passionate. Definitely worth to get there for a visit.

We were really impressed by this small sleepy town with a wonderful castle in The middle Of it. Pity it was closed but The outside was worth anyway!

A piece of history perfectly mantained and somewhat unexpected in such a small town. Definitely worth a stop in Fontanellato.
