整備された公園

大田原市本町にある公園です。
市役所の隣の敷地ですが、非常に地味な場所にあり、車で横を通過しても気づかない人もいるくらいのところです。
が、その割によく整備されており、池を中心としてベンチも複数おいてあり昼間は穏やかな場所です。夜は真っ暗闇ですので、男の私でもちょっと怖いです。

木立の濃い公園

大田原市役所からほど近いところにある、池と林の濃い市民公園でした。駐車場は見当たらず、徒歩での観光途中に立ち寄る公園ですね。

鴨がいます

池には、鴨がぷかぷか。道路わきにあるとは思えないほど、ゆったりした時間が流れる公園です。夜は街灯が少なく真っ暗になるので、明るい日中の内に行きましょう。

道路端でも心休まる公園

市役所のすぐそば、道路を挟んですぐにある公園は、大きな池や東屋、木立の巨木が並んでいます。車がけっこう通るとおりに面しているにも関わらず、一歩足を踏み入れれば、思ったより静けさが際立つ空間。ベンチに腰掛けると、時が静かに流れていきます。アカマツの巨木も見事です。
