At Kuala Kangsar, royal town of Perak, I really impressed by the National Mosque, which is very near to Istana Perak, located at the Perak River. The view of the Mosque is very nice, specially under cloudy sky.

Not only did we get to visit this beautiful mosque but were invited by a group of locals enjoying lunch in the grounds to join them. We were welcomed with open arms and invited to share their shared lunch of local delicacies.

Visit this place if you are nearby Kuala Kangsar. It's worth the time. Go there in the morning or late evening. The view is even more majestic at night time.
