Despite the rough sea, our dolphin watching boat left port and search high and low for the dolphin pod. We were finally rewarded at the end with a spectacular show- many dolphins of all sizes playfully swimming in their natural habitat.

This was such an incredible experience, the dolphins swim right up to the boat. It was a great time with two younger children, the boat workers were super friendly and had a lot of helpful information, I do recomend having a translation dictionary or app with you to help translate

Easily accessible from Kumamoto by road. Beautiful landscape and backwaters and the views from the Bridge is wonderful . One can enjoy the boat ride and see the Dolphins. Alternatively , the Marine world aquarium will also house all varieties of fishes and water plants and while moving inside the aquarium , one gets a feeling that you are diving... More

Took a 2 hours drive from Kumamoto to this place to see the wild dolphins. Was that in the nick of time to board a boat that was about to leave. The boat took us out to about 1 km into the open water and pods of different dolphins came swimming around our boats. An eye opener for city dwellers... More

First this is not a theme park where dolphins are in captivity perform trick for treats. We are talking wild dolphins swimming in the sea and in big numbers. We drove guided by the GPS and found the place by the sea with no problem. A boat took us out into the open sea and when the dolphins came and... More
