The Mori (Mohri) Museum is on the grounds of the Morishi Gardens (also called Mohri Park). It is contained in the house, built in 1916, that is made entirely of Japanese cypress and has gold-flake painted panels inside. Lovely! Very peaceful design. Our guide stated that the property is owned by the historic Mohri (Ohe) family (794 AD - present).... More
