Just like a vineyard in Napa . Another thing they let us taste the wine without paying for a single glass or bottle. Lastly they gave food to try too.

Interesting and well organized for busloads of tourists. Unfortunately, the wines were not to our liking. With limited time we may have errored in our winery of choice.

Emilio Vineyards is the largest organic vineyard in Chile. They are growing grapes using biodynamic principles or as I like to say, "in harmony with nature" . We had a tour on the grounds & were very impressed with how they run their vineyard. Our guide, Maria, was very knowledgeable not only of the wine but also how they care for the environment. Highly recommend visiting the vineyard.

Delightful visit to this winery. Our guide was so, so knowledgeable. The tastings were good and plentiful.

The tour was an eye opener for what producers can do to improve the environment while at the same time producing amazing wines. A totally different and unexpected experience. I am a convert to biodynamic if it is done correctly and with passion. The wine tasting was well presented. Emiliana produces several very good quality white and red wines. Definitely worth visiting and conveniently located beside the highway between Santiago and Valparaiso.

We took a tour at the Emiliana vineyards. It was just perfect. The store is great for buying very good organic wines for a good price. We also did the tour and the tasting called Gê (named after their most famous wine, which is amazing). We ended our visit with an amazing lunch at the restaurant. You can also pick a picnic basket.

This vineyard’s tastings were not included so we ordered a flight of white wine and split it. Usually on a visit to a vineyard, we get a tour and then a tasting (for a price). There was no tour and we were free to explore.
This vineyard had lots of walking and a smaller tasting area. We found alpacas and guinea hens. The alpacas were in a pen and looking quite content munching their hay and oats. The guinea hens, together with plenty of chickens, were roaming everywhere – sometimes into where the wine tasting occurred.

This winery was selected by our tour guide. Great choice. It is a large vineyard but fairly small main building. Perfect for small groups of 20 or less. It was just my wife and I for this. My wife had the whites tastings and I had the reds. We liked them all. I have a much better appreciation of Chilean wines now. They took the time to explain as much as we wanted to know about the grapes, history, organic harvesting, etc. I've never had a 97 point wine in a wine tasting before! It was great as were the 92's. We had a nice experience aided immensely by the gorgeous weather. We were able to sit outside in the shade comfortably. If we were to do it again I would have some appetizers along with the wines. One larger group had done that so I'm sure the winery can do that. We weren't ready for a lunch quite yet. Speaking as a mediocre wine taster at best, this was a good experience. Do it if you are in the area.

Max showed us around and explained Emiliano’s biodiversity / organic philosophy. We learned a lot! The wines poured were delicious. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t ship back home!

Adoramos a experiência.

Obrigada!

Olá. Nós fomos em famÃlia. Passamos aproximadamente duas horas lá. Além do tour, comemos um lanche no local.

Suerte!
