    Nice time spent with family
One of several thermal baths in the Tatra Mountains area. Many attractions for children in the form of water playgrounds and smaller slides. Adults will also find a lot of nice places for themselves. A large outdoor swimming pool plus a relaxation area (additionally paid) with an outdoor bar. There is also a public restaurant where you can eat dinner and drink something hot or cold :) Additionally, regular and pontoon slides can add adrenaline ;) Compared to other thermal pools, the prices are in the middle. You can go elsewhere and have it cheaper, but there are also more expensive thermal baths. However, if you are nearby, there is no point in going further.

A Must Visit! Pure Spa Heaven!
We visited on a Tuesday afternoon 2.5hrs, facilities are clean, price is reasonable, and the actual thermal spa is amazing!, with a choice of 3 outdoor pools, all heated to perfection, we really did enjoy this experience. The views are of the mountains, we were lucky it was not to busy, everything was a positive for our visit! - 2 middle aged females.

    Wonderful
Large group visited as part of our excursion to Zakapone. Large pools both indoor and outdoor with lots of great slides. Restaurants and bars located both inside and a wonderful swim up bar outside. Payment for drinks and food is made via your supplied wristband and you settle your account on exit.

    A Must Thermal Bath Trip
Pure Heaven! Went after my long walk at Tatra Mountains. This was an absolute pleasure. The facility. My boyfriend and I had fun with the water slides. The jacuzzi was fantastic and saunas was my personal favourite. It was gorgeous overall

Our family of four visited the park yesterday. We bought our tickets to the fun zone online in advance hoping to lower our stress levels while the kids have fun as the website suggests. It turned out to be anything but stress relieving experience. All pools were extremely crowded. The queue for the tickets was massive but it didn’t seem there was a limit of how many tickets would be sold. Some numbers: almost all of 1600+ lockers were full, I assume most parents share the lockers with their kids, so maybe at least 2 people per locker, which means at the park there were more than 3000 people. There are 2400sq m of pools, so less than 1sq meter per person. And that’s exactly how it felt. The kids couldn’t swim a couple of meters or enjoy the wave pool without bumping into someone. At one point there was a thunderstorm so everyone was asked to get inside for about an hour. It was a nightmare. I attach some photos taken while people were allowed to be outside so you can imagine how busy it was during the thunderstorm. We didn’t have the tickets for the relax zone but it looked just as crowded as the fun zone.
There was about 30min queuing time for the slides with the rubber rings. The only place were there was no queue - ladies toilets, even though there were only six of them. Many people did not shower before entering the pools.
We thought that 3.5 hours will be not enough but it turned out we got bored. We’ve been to several water parks in different countries and this one seemed to be the worst. I would suggest not wasting your money and do something else, at least during the school holidays.

Worst aquapark I've been to. The owner goes for the quantity not the quality so they do not limit places. Extremely overcrowded and dirty place, an outdoor pool with a bar full of plastic cups and packaging that no one collects. I am pretty sure that beer and other drinks sold at the bar are accidentally spilled into the water by customers. The relaxation zone has nothing to do with relaxation, there is a lot of noise and you have to fight for a water massage or to sit in the hot tub. The fun zone is also full of people fighting for a place in a jacuzzi, no room to in a pool for swimming either. Even my eleven-year-old son who loves this type of attractions said he would never go back there. Terma Bania, shame on you for your greed, you shouldn't let so many people in.
visited on Thursday at 7pm so not in a peak times

Some management staff need a customer service training or should not meet customers at all! We have visited Termy Bania with family twice during one week as we were skiing for a week in Bialka Tatrzanska. However my second visit was let down by bad customer service received from member of staff Anna. My wife was drying her hair while my son was need to go to toilet he returned his watch and went to toilet in reception. My kid managed to get back to my wife as he is in different country and want to be with his mum. After I was leaving I met my kid and was leaving together however my kid had no watch no more and we were approached by member of staff Anna who said he cannot leave without watch after me explaining to her that my kid went to toilet had no watch no more I was told my kid cannot leave and we were split by barrier leaving my young son as hostage and I was told in rude manner he cannot leave and they have to check cameras??? Really checking camera and keep my kid as hostage ??? I was in shock so my son was very distress due to this. I would expect to resolve manner quickly. At the end we were let go but this left bad taste of my visit and I will not recommend termy bania to anybody ( even we brought friends during the week ) as the customer service was appealing. However the elderly man at the barrier and car parking staff was extremely friendly and they definitely better promote Termy Bania than Anna.

There is a wide array of pools, plenty of slides and fun stuff for the kids, even an inpool bar. The water is at 36C, which is perfect even we it is a bit chilly. It is very clean. Safe (no area where you or your kids could slide in the floor and get hurt). Plenty of long chairs to chill. The on-site food is accessible, not too expensive for what it is.

Nice, clean, spacious. Exceeded my expectations. Warm mineral water, outdoor and indoor area with bars, restaurant and kids zone. Sadly the sauna SPA area was in reconstruction during our visit, so we couldn't experience it.

Good afternoon! This place will appeal to those who love noisy and crowded places and active disco music. I imagined otherwise, stayed an hour and a half and left. The second day ticket was given to strangers. In the sauna department, you can only wear a swimsuit. Directly insisted I strip off. It's funny. And very obsessive. Went to the swimwear section. Lots of people. Work day, day. There's terrible (I think) music outside. The views are beautiful. The water itself gave me chlorine. Even though it says it's enriched with minerals. That camping trip was the disappointment of the year for me. Each his own! I think the kids are gonna love it!

We visited yesterday and opted for an evening admission. I’m so glad we did . We drove from Krakow and the views were amazing. When we arrived felt completely different to the city where we have been for 4 days . I would have loved to explore the area . The baths were amazing . We spent our 3 hours in all the outside baths . The inside felt a bit like a leisure centre but out side was just fabulous. The water was amazing . The bar and drinks to die for and the views stunning. The bar was pretty cheap.

Rude staff towards foreigners.
Especially one older lady saying “Ja pierdole” annoyed that my friend tried to call his girlfriend to assist with payment.
Bad reply from management that ignored the problem.
